Me - Fountain Trevi
Roma, Italia
Mid-January 2005

The famous fountain Trevi, not to be confused with the Treverei tribe of Trevi the horse breeders from what those freaks in BeNeLux call Treves which is now called Trier but oh so long ago Augusta Treverorum. I have no idea who built the fountain nor any knowledge of it's history or importance. The italians "Itakers" just love to sit in front of it and eat their gelatto.
I found the world's best pizza joint in Roma, just outside the Citadel de Vaticano. A very small place with a name I already forgot that serves Napoli style sheet pizza. Nearly every evening I was there trying to order in italian. For some reason, they sold 40s of dark Danish bier. Odd, yet suprisingly great speaking from experience. Of all the bumbling italian I tried to learn, I managed to get "tuto e statto ottomo". The spelling is wrond but it means "everything was good".
